Petlog ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Verto Studios. Petlog is private by design and works fully without an account. This policy describes how we handle your information.
We use your data solely to provide Petlog: recording your daily log, showing history and trends, and generating your one-page Vet Brief PDF on your device. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your pet and health data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. If you create an account, an encrypted copy is synced to secure cloud storage (Supabase) using industry-standard encryption so you can restore it on a new device.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from More → Exit Guest Mode / Account → Delete Account, or simply delete the app to remove all local data. For data requests, contact vertosupport@agentmail.to.
Petlog is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Petlog is a descriptive log only. It does not diagnose conditions or provide veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian.
