How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Petlog → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Is my pet's data private?

Yes. Pet profiles and daily logs are stored locally on your device. If you sign in, an encrypted copy is synced to Supabase for backup. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Open More → Account → Delete Account, or delete the app to remove all local data. Alternatively, email vertosupport@agentmail.to with the subject "Delete my data".

Is this veterinary advice?

No. Petlog is a descriptive log only — it does not diagnose conditions or replace your veterinarian. Always consult a vet about your pet's health.
